Steve Kelly
Managing Partner
Steven began his professional career on Wall Street and has since founded several companies in the financial and insurance industries.
In 2020, he supported Paradigm Laboratories as a strategic consultant bringing molecular PCR Covid-19 testing and testing services to Arizona and helped Paradigm deliver over 500K Covid-19 tests to people across the state.
Born and raised outside Boston, Massachusetts, Steven holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The Thomas More College of Liberal Arts, is a certified Employee Benefits specialist, and is currently a managing partner with Kelly and Calloway Insurance Group.
Ryan Calloway
Managing Partner
Ryan Calloway moved from Carmel Indiana to Gilbert Arizona in the fall of 2016. He graduated from Ball State University with a BS in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Through college, Ryan was a full-time student, business owner, and calculus tutor, among other activities.
After graduating, Ryan proceeded to work in a variety of environments from consulting to team building. After moving to Arizona to be closer to family, Ryan began his career in the Employee Benefits world. He started from the bottom as an account service rep. After 4 years of hard work and dedication, Ryan is now a managing partner for the firm.
Personally, Ryan is a foodie and loves trying new restaurants. He also enjoys exercising and strategy-based games like chess and poker. Ryan truly enjoys working in the insurance industry where his problem-solving skills are used consistently to help clients; design, deploy and service tailored insurance solutions.
Jessica Topolski
Director of Business Development
Jessica Topolski is an Arizona native. She attended the University of Arizona receiving her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology.
Jessica and her family moved from Tucson to Scottsdale in 2019. Jessica has 10+ years of experience in HR, Medicare, and group benefits. That coupled with her commitment to helping people understand the enrollment process and how their benefits work day-to-day, makes her the perfect Director of Business Development for the firm.
Outside of work Jessica tends to stay busy with her family, moonlighting as a Girl Scout troop leader, soccer, baseball, and football mom. When all of that is said and done her and her family are also very passionate about animal rescue, so you could say that she has mastered the art of time management.
